-Redevelopment of mainframe based Preconstruction Project Management System (PPMS) – to change primary key of project control number and to make all modules to be object orient. Starting development of web interface of PPMS.

- Redevelopment of Contract Bid Estimator system using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server database.

- Redevelopment of Signal Inventory Form application using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server database.

- Developing web based R/W Appraisal forms application to give appraisers easy access to all the standard forms need for SCDOT appraisals (created using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server database).

- Development for a bridge replacement tracking application using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server database).

- Implementation of Falcon/DMS, Falcon/SVP, and Falcon/Indexer to enhance the existing plan room document management system.

NEW SYSTEMS (Just Completed, In Progress, or Preparing to Start)

- Highway Maintenance Management System (HMMS) - Statewide accessible system which supports the operational and administrative procedures used by SCDOT to manage and administer infrastructure maintenance operations. Replaces existing DWRS, Work Requests, Encroachment Permits, and sign inventory systems.

- Roadway Condition Maintenance Survey (RMCS) - Process managing the collection of
information into a handheld device pertaining to the condition of pre-selected 2/10 miles segments of roadway. Links the portable data to a server based SQL database.

- Emergency Operational Readiness Systems (EORS) - Statewide accessible system which will be activated during times of potential natural or manmade disasters such as hurricane evacuations. System will generate and allow management of the responsibilities assigned to various SCDOT personnel.

- Integrated Transportation Management System (ITMS) - Provide comprehensive data from all SCDOT electronic systems for any give active SCDOT road/bridge project; this project is being developed in conjunction with a Geographical Interface System (GIS), Road Inventory Management System (RIMS), BIS, and Road Condition Photo logs.

- Pavement Design Calculator - Online calculator designed per DOT testing lab
specifications. Allows any user to enter a number of parameters to determine optimum pavement mix formula.

- Virtual Transit Enterprise (VTE) - created using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and SQL Server database to allow Mass Transit office to receive vouchers from regional transit agencies.
