The Highway Engineering Exchange Program sponsors up to FIVE, two to three day area meetings a year and ONE week long International meeting.  The Area meetings are generally two to three days long and traditionally held between April and June.  The International meeting is a week long event that is general held in mid September or early October depending on the location.
