2009 IHEEP - Sponsorship Opportunities - Wednesday, February 18, 2009
Vendor / Consultant Sponsorship Opportunities The 2009 IHEEP Conference is an excellent opportunity for transportation consultants and technology partners to promote their products and services through direct discussions with conference attendees. This year, we are offering multiple opportunities to provide visibility for your company, which at the same time would help guarantee a successful conference.  We hope you will decide to become involved in IHEEP and to participate in our conference.

Technology partners and transportation consultants are encouraged to consider supporting this conference and experience its international networking opportunities.  The conference provides a variety of options to support the success of the conference. Sponsorship opportunities are available at five different sponsorship levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond).  Exhibitor booths are available only to sponsors at the Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels.  Detailed information on the benefits of each sponsorship level is available on the conference web site (http://www.dot.state.tx.us/iheep2009/ ) under Vendors / Sponsors  ..  Sponsorship Opportunities.

In addition, opportunities to sponsor conference memorabilia are also available to show your company’s support for the conference.  You are encouraged to sign up for conference sponsorships as early as possible.

If you have any questions on sponsorship opportunities, please feel free to contact Judy Skeen at IHEEPSponsors@dot.state.tx.us .

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
