This year marks HEEP's 50th year of exchanging computer and technology information between the highway engineering professionals and their various organizations in North America, Europe and the world. 2008 Area 2 HEEP Conference - Thursday, May 29, 2008
It is hard to believe the conference is just a couple of weeks away! Final plans are
