Welcome to HEEP Minimize

Welcome to the Highway Engineering Exchange Program (HEEP) website, if you haven't visited the HEEP web site before then thanks for stopping by.  If you have visited the site before then thanks for coming back to see us,   if this is your first visit then I hope you find it an informative one.  As you explore the site be sure to let us know what you think and what you would like to see added or changed.

This year marks HEEP's 50th year of exchanging computer and technology information between the highway engineering professionals and their various organizations in North America, Europe and the world.  So I hope you will visit our site often over the next year as we explore our past and discuss the future.
