Welcome to the Highway Engineering Exchange Program (HEEP) website, if you haven't visited the HEEP web site before then thanks for stopping by. This year marks HEEP's 53rd year of exchanging computer and technology information between the highway engineering professionals and their various organizations in North America, Europe and the world.
